Rezide Midtown represents a significant redevelopment in Midtown Phoenix at the hard corner of 3rd Avenue and Osborn Road. NOVO worked diligently with the City of Phoenix to rezone the site from commercial office to multi-family residential. After approved rezone, NOVO sold the site to Alliance Residential. Novo and partners realized a 94% return on capital investment.
