Justin Miller


Mr. Miller began his career more than fifteen years ago on the brokerage side of real estate transactions where he gained the expertise to see real estate deals from the client’s perspective. Over his ten years in brokerage he gained the deal making expertise in many sectors from office, industrial, multi-family, and retail with transactions totaling over $1 billion. This experience allowed for a seamless transition into the development side of real estate in 2010.

During that time Mr. Miller has focused on the planning, marketing and development of several Phoenix-area business parks, including Algodon Center, a 1,000-acre master-planned business park in Phoenix and Avondale, AZ; Algodon Medical Office Park, a 160-acre medical office park in Phoenix; Copperwing Business Park, a 300-acre industrial park in Glendale, AZ; and Aldea Center, a 150-acre mixed-use business park in Phoenix. He also oversees. due diligence, site planning, building design and the entitlement process for all of Novo’s projects.

Mr. Miller received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington where he was a four year letterman on the school’s golf team. He is a member of numerous real estate organizations and serves the community through a number of charities. He lives in Phoenix with his wife and two kids.
 

Kurt Rosene


For more than thirty years, Mr. Rosene has directed land and property development activities throughout North America. Mr. Rosene has spent his career working on a variety of projects, while always adhering to a simple goal, to remove the uncertainty from the real estate process. He has led the development of millions of square feet of office, industrial, medical and mixed-use projects that incorporated hospitality, multi-family, retail and entertainment.

Whether a large master planned development, or a single building, Mr. Rosene values his approach and the high standards utilized during his analysis of each potential project, delivering accountability, creativity and cost-effective solutions. Mr. Rosene’s commitment to his clients has led to successful transactions in excess of US $3 billion dollars. Mr. Rosene’s expertise lies within land and building development. He has led many successful build-to-suits and also been equally involved with many speculative development-related activities, including: land acquisition; zoning and entitlements; incentives; land improvements; building design; construction; tenant improvements; finance; agreements; partnerships; sale and leasing for many property types.

Mr. Rosene began his professional career in 1983 and has a comprehensive background in all aspects of real estate development. He has authored many articles for industry publications and frequently is requested to speak and present at industry conferences. He is very active in his community serving on several Boards while also actively involved in over a dozen charities.

 

Stephen Hulston


Mr. Hulston has over 25 years’ experience in managing and directing the construction of Commercial Building projects throughout the western United States and internationally in Singapore and Guam. Mr. Hulston’s experience has allowed him to manage a diverse range of complex projects across several market sectors. Specific project experience includes work in the sectors of hospitality, retail, industrial, office and medical buildings. During the course of his career, he has delivered over $1.5 billion of successful projects.

Since 1996, Mr. Hulston has managed projects for Howard S. Wright Constructors / Balfour Beatty Construction in Arizona and California. He initially led all preconstruction efforts for the office. Over the last 12 years, Mr. Hulston has served as the Vice President / Business Unit Leader for all of the Arizona operations assuming full responsibility for procurement, execution and profit/loss for the Arizona office.

A New Zealand native and a naturalized U.S. citizen, Mr. Hulston received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Canterbury University and an MBA from Massey University both New Zealand based high education institutions. He is a member of numerous local real estate organizations and is a Board Member for the Scottsdale Public Art Council and the Treasurer for the Scottsdale Training and Rehabilitation (STARS) organization. Mr. Hulston, his wife and their two children reside in Phoenix.
